Boundary
To mark the boundary ? reinforced concrete wall of about 2cm will be built. The exterior of the wall will be completely covered in natural stone and the top will be covered with railing and plants.
Sewerage
Waste-and rain-water will be drained off into the municipal sewerage system.
Inventory of the site
? swimming pool and water slide will be built in the area at the south side of the building. The surface surrounding the pool will be covered in travertine. Other areas will be laid out with paths and greenery.
Foundation and construction
The foundation and building construction will be executed in accordance with the structural engineer's static calculations and after approval by the Building and Housing Authorities.
Floors
AII the floors will be constructed in 32 cm thick reinforced concrete. Moreover every storey of the building will be installed with sound insulation.
Walls
Inside and outside walls will be constructed of hollow bricks which exclude sound and heat (Poriso compatible). Ceilings and floors will consist of reinforced concrete with sound insulating material. Outside and unit dividing walls are 20 ?m thick. Inside walls are 13 ?m thick.
Roof
The flat roof of the building will be built of 32 cm thick reinforced concrete. Roof terraces will be finished in tile .
Exterior window frames. Windows, doors and fronts
The exterior window frames and windows are made of UPVC. AII the exterior window frames will be fitted with screens. The windows in the apartments will be designed as turning/tip-up Windows. The interior and exterior window sills will be finished in solid marble sheets. The living rooms will have sliding doors, shutters and fly mesh. The apartments will have steel decorative/security doors.
Interior Windows and sills
The apartments will have marble window sills. The inside doors are so-called American panel doors.
Glazing
The exterior window sills will have double-glazing installed
Stairways
The staircase and the stairs in the penthouses will be built of reinforced concrete and finished in solid marble steps.
Wall finishing
AII the sanitary areas will be rendered smooth and painted. The balcony walls will be fully tiled on the inside as well.
Floor finishing
AII floor surfaces in the building granite in the apartments, balconies will be finished in ceramic tiled. The skirting will be wood.
Ceiling finishing
The ceilings in the apartments will be painted. The comers and edges will be fitted with plaster cornich. The bathrooms will have aluminum ceiling.
Kitchen setup
The carpentry in the kitchens will be made in MDF and painted. The kitchen will be fitted with ? natural granite counter. The wall between the counter and the kitchen cupboards will be tiled in wall tiles. ? waste disposal will be fitted in each kitchen.
Bathroom setup and plumbing
The bathroom will be fitted with ? wash stand and designer bathroom furnishings. AII bathrooms will be fitted with ? toilet and ? shower space which will be partially screened off by ? completely tiled wall. The guest's toilet is fitted with ? wash basin, ? wall mirror, shower space and toilet.
Gutters and rainwater pipes
The rain-water pipes will be made of PVC
Water pipes
The pipes for hot and cold water will be made of synthetic material and installed in accordance with local rules and regulations. The coldwater pipes will be installed from the water-meter to the following connections:
* The tap for the washing machine in the storage room.
* The wash - basin tap in the toilet
* The mixer taps in the bathroom
* The water closet installation in the bathroom and the guest's toilet
* The mixer taps in the kitchen
* The tap for the dishwasher in the kitchen
* The tap on the balcony and/or terrace
The following connections will be used for hot water:
* The mixer taps in the kitchen
* The mixer taps in the bathroom
Heating Systems
AII apartments have ground heating system which works with LPG. Heating system is set each room even in the bathrooms. Kombi boiler will be fitted as well as the gas meter, gas and smoke alarms in each apartment.
Hot water supply
With kombi boiler.
Ventilation
The bathrooms and toilets will be ventilated naturally by opening the built-in shutters.
Electrical installations
The entire electrical installation will be installed in accordance with the local rules and regulations. Each separate space will have ample grounded wall sockets and two-way switches. Moreover, every living room and bedroom will be fitted with ? ??I and telephone connection. These rooms will have provisions to install air-conditioners as well. Apart from ? telephone connection, all these facilities are provided on the large balconies and roof terraces. The entrance halls of the homes are provided with an intercom/door-bell and door opening installation.
